Learn Reiki Level 1 or 2 – A Heart-Centred Journey into Healing Learning Reiki is a powerful and beautiful step toward healing, self-discovery, and spiritual growth. Whether you’re just beginning with Reiki Level 1 or continuing your journey with Level 2, my courses are designed to guide you gently, supportively, and thoroughly — so you feel confident and empowered every step of the way. When you sign up for my Reiki Level 1 or 2 course, you’ll receive immediate access to a comprehensive PDF manual. This contains all the course material we’ll be covering together, giving you the opportunity to read through everything at your own pace before our session. We will then arrange a time and day that works best for you. On the day of your course, we will go through the course material together, ensuring you have a clear and comprehensive understanding of Reiki — from the philosophy and principles to the practical techniques. This gives us space to discuss any questions, clarify concepts, and build a strong foundation before moving into the next phase. Once we’ve reviewed the material, we’ll move into the attunement process — a sacred energetic initiation that connects you to Reiki energy. Then comes the fun part: the hands-on healing techniques, where you'll experience giving and receiving Reiki, learning how to feel and work with the energy in a grounded and practical way. But your journey doesn’t end there. After the course, I remain available to support you — whether you have questions, want to share your experiences, or need guidance as you continue exploring Reiki. You’ll never be on this path alone. Whether you’re feeling the call to begin with Reiki Level 1, or you're ready to deepen your connection in Reiki Level 2, I would be honoured to be your teacher and guide.
