Once your booking is received, I’ll personally confirm your appointment, send you all the confirmation details, and request a few additional details from you to ensure your session is safe, comfortable, and tailored to your needs. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you wish to reschedule your appointment. Clients may reschedule up to two times without any additional charge, provided the required notice is given. Please note that all payments and deposits are non-refundable. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if you do not attend your session, the full fee/deposit will be retained and a new booking will be required.
