Service Description

Distance Reiki is a gentle yet powerful healing treatment that works just as effectively as an in-person session. Reiki energy is not limited by time or space, which means it can be received wherever you are, in the comfort of your own home. Before your session, we will have a conversation (by phone or video call) to discuss how you’re feeling, any physical, emotional or energetic concerns you may have, and what you would like support with. This allows me to tailor the session specifically to your needs and also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions. I will explain what to expect and guide you so you feel relaxed and at ease. For the session itself, you will be invited to lie down or sit comfortably in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. You may wish to listen to relaxing music of your choice, or we can remain connected via video call so you can hear the music I play during the session. I will then carry out the Reiki treatment from my healing room, tuning into your energy exactly as if you were lying on the treatment bed with me. During the healing, you may experience sensations such as warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, emotional release, or simply a sense of calm and peace. Everyone’s experience is unique, and some people feel the effects immediately, while others notice subtle shifts over the following days. After the session, we can take time to reflect on how you feel and discuss any insights that may have come through. Distance Reiki is a beautiful option if you’re unable to attend in person, are feeling unwell, or simply prefer to receive healing in your own space.
