Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you wish to reschedule your appointment. Clients may reschedule once without any additional charge, provided the required notice is given. Please note that all payments and deposits are non-refundable. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if you do not attend your session, the full fee or deposit will be retained and a new booking will be required. Where no deposit has been taken, a cancellation/no-show fee of £20 will be charged. Any future appointment will require payment in advance.
